Gene Costanza
In the early 70's Costanza studies art at the junior college level. However, life took him in a different direction. After spending 25 years in police work, he is again pursuing art full time. During my police career, he spent 8 years on SWAT, nearly ten years as a Supervisor and K9 trainer. But he has come back to art and learned primarily through independent study, though he has been lucky enough to study with contemporary and plein air painters such as Scott Christensen, Matt Smith, Kevin MacPherson, Rusty Stecher and Tom Browning.
